Measuring 6 by 12 feet, it is in good condition with only minor age imperfections that you can see in the photos.

The 45-star flag was used from 1896 until 1907, a momentous period encompassing the Spanish-American war, the Philippine insurrection, the murder of a president, and the rise of U.S. imperialism. It was superseded when Oklahoma became a state in 1907.

This flag is made from wood bunting; its color is good, clear, and unfaded. Measuring 6 by 12 feet, it is in good condition with only minor age imperfections that you can see in the photos. Although it is unmarked I suspect this flag was produced by the U.S. government for war time service. It is machine sewn with brass grommets on the hoist strip.
